How a First Call Usually Goes
First, we let you tell us why you reached out. Some people want term life to cover the years their kids are young. Others are thinking about final expense coverage, paying off a mortgage or income in retirement. We ask about your age, your general health and who depends on you, then talk through which policy types fit and what moves the premium. No application starts on that first call unless you want it to.
Some callers are not shopping at all. If you are a beneficiary trying to file a claim on a loved one's policy, we can walk you through the paperwork insurers usually ask for, such as a copy of the death certificate and the policy number, and explain how the steps typically go. We cannot speak for the insurer or promise a timeline, but we can help you know what to gather. We work with clients across Lubbock and nearby towns like Wolfforth, Slaton and Levelland.
